
Filing a complaint
In order to file a complaint, follow the steps below:
1. Return / complaint form
Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.
2. Referral of the product
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
3. Shipping
The advertised product should be sent to the following address:

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it at any time - satisfaction guaranteed. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products:
